Get Out of Jail Free Crad

This is Messenger's "get out of jail free card" he left me one night.  The end of the night went a little something like this.....

Mess: I'm leaving.
Me: Ok, Mess. Be careful, please.
Mess: Pshh, Jenna. Don't even worry about it.  (takes a napkin) Give me a pen. (starts writing)  Here, if you get pulled over just give the cops this and you'll be fine.
